In order to cure panic attacks, it is important that the person suffering from such a condition be advised to take a deep breath through the nostrils and exhale through the mouth. The purpose for this is to allow oxygen to fill the persons lungs and sustain for brain functioning. Normally, people suffering from these types of attacks are suffering from depression usually caused by a traumatic experience. This condition can be alleviated if the person is withdrawn from the cause which is often environmental and transferred to a better environment. In a way, it is relieving to the person for the absence of the depressing stimulus can change the picture.
To cure panic attacks it is vital to identify the factors of depression that are within us which can be encapsulated into four. They are our feelings, thoughts, behavior and physical being. In other words, an effective way to cure panic attacks is to surround the patient with a positive environment and with the assurance give to the individual that everything is alright. All these factors when coated with negativity results to depression which can lead to a panicky behavior.
It is not a good idea to use sedative or tranquilizers just to cure panic attacks for they can be either habit forming or can lead to a lifetime dependence on these junks that can always cause malfunction in the vital organs of the patient. When vital organs are impaired the heart is likewise affected and can even lead to cardiac arrest or coronary thrombosis. Usually, the kidneys are affected for all the sediments of the pills or whatever solid medications taken are stored in them. The liver is grossly affected too for this is the receiver of all the toxins in the body and the tranquilizers whether liquid or solid have their chemical composition that can be transformed into bad elements for the body. Everything in our body that is rejected by other organs is absorbed by the liver.
When the heart starts to ache due to certain conditions the feeling is transmitted to the brain and the person starts to feel anxiety or panicky. In this case, the victim must be made to calm down and deep breathing is always important. An optimistic attitude is an important panacea. This might take a while but it will surely pay. Never forget to inject an overdose of hope and the path to resilience will open up for the individual.
A positive psychology is best remedy against negativity. Our outlook in life plays a big role in our emotional condition, physical capabilities and mental state. The solution in a condition like this is found within the being of the affected human and the patient must be cooperative to cure panic attacks.
