Want to have a better looking body? Want to burn more calories even when you’re not exercising? Want to reshape your body the easy way?

Whether your goal is to bulk up and get really big or to just get that “ripped” look — you need to know how to build muscle. It’s the easiest way to get the look you want. Here’s some tips to build muscle fast.

Believe it or not, building muscle is not that difficult. So, here are a few great tips that will help you build muscle fast so you can get a great body that has plenty of muscle that will keep those calories burning.

Tip #1 – Eat Like Crazy

When you are working hard to build muscle, if you want to build it up quickly, it’s important that you eat a lot, especially if you’re trying to get bulky muscle. When you work the muscles, they tear and then repair themselves.

If you follow the correct diet you can build muscle while not gaining that much fat… even though you’re eating a lot. The important thing is to feed your muscles because they need lots of nutrients to repair themselves and grow.

Tip #2 – Do Plenty of Reps

It’s important to increase your volume if you want to build muscle. But don’t go crazy. You only need about 10 reps or so for each muscle group. If you stick to this general rule then your workouts won’t be too long either.

Great Tip #3 – Eat more protein

If you want to build muscle fast, you really need to increase your protein intake to make sure your body has enough. If the muscles are going to repair themselves, they need to have plenty of protein.

While you need plenty of protein it’s important to get the right amount. Not too much, not too little. About 1 gram per pound of bodyweight is ideal. So if you weigh 150lbs then 150 grams of protein is the right amount.

Tip Number 4 – Don’t do too much cardio

Limiting cardio is important as well if you want to build muscle fast. If you do too much, you’ll lose those muscle gains. Sure, cardio is great for losing fat, but too much may cause a problem.
