Realtors like to be leaders when it comes to finding new marketing advantages. If they don’t. They quickly get beat down by the competition. In the last decade many have turned to marketing online. Why are you not making money online with your listings? Thats easy. Your not marketing online properly. At least not when realty seo is concerned.
All great seo starts with keyword research. Please dont even attempt to do SEO without researching which words to optimize for. If possible make sure you research before and not after you build your site. Even if you already did. Go back and optimize your on page seo factors such as your title tag, and include your kewords several times on the page.
Do not try to rank for Florida realty! Or for New York City Realty. You won’t even come close. At least not at first. highly competitive keywords take time for anyone to get. Especially someone who is not a specialist. Many Real estate companies spend hundreds of thousands of dollars to keep they rankings of those spots. Not alway but often.
Try to rank for what are called long tail keywords. This is why research is so important. You want to find the keywords that will bring traffic but that youcan actually compete with. A long tail keyword is at least three words long with low to moderate search volume.
A good way to come up with keywords for you to focus on are use a location, and a feature. Something like Las vegas 2 bedroom, or vegas downtown loft are perfect. You get the benefit of a searcher who is highly targeted. Here are a few ideas
1.county, zipcodes, and cities
2. great schools
3.3bd, 3 bedroom
4. county, city, zipcode
5.marle counters, wood floors, fireplace.
Be creative and do your research to find out more about how you can get the benefits of realty seo.
